Bandvulc introduces the leading next-generation tyre BD5

The Bandvulc tire retreading company, a subsidiary of Continental, has introduced the new BD5 tire at the Road Transport Expo 2022 in Stoneleigh, UK. Designed to provide high mileage performance in all conditions, the new BD5 tire will replace the BD08 in the Bandvulc Fleetmaster range later this year.

The BD5 tires feature a completely new directional tread pattern. The result of extensive testing and refinement during the design process, the pattern is said by Bandvulc to provide improved traction and excellent handling on both wet and dry roads.
