PT Gajah Tunggal Tbk participated in the 32nd Gaikindo Indonesia International Auto Show (GIIAS) held from July 24 to August 3 in Tangerang, and introduced two new passenger car tires under the GT Radial brand, which will go on sale in the coming months.

In the fourth quarter of 2025, the GT Radial Champiro GTX Pro 2 high-performance tire will be launched, designed for a wide range of vehicles from city cars and compacts to sports cars, and features a directional tread pattern designed to improve wet road handling. The tires will be available in sizes with diameters from 14 to 18 inches, profile widths from 185 to 245 mm, and speed indices H and V.

The second novelty is the GT Radial Champiro Ultimate, which belongs to the UHP category and is designed for owners of high-performance premium cars, and its key advantages, as stated by the manufacturer, include improved stability at high speeds and handling sensitivity, as well as low noise levels. Sales will start at the beginning of 2026, and the tires will be produced in sizes with rim diameters from 17 to 20 inches, profile widths from 215 to 255 mm, and speed index W.

According to Leonard Gozali, Head of Marketing at Gajah Tunggal, participation in GIIAS 2025 "confirms our unchanged commitment to mastering innovation, improving product performance, and contributing to the development of the Indonesian tire industry".

PT Gajah Tunggal Tbk was founded in 1951 and currently supplies tires to more than 100 countries worldwide. The company produces tires for passenger and commercial vehicles, as well as two-wheeled vehicles, under the Giti, GT Radial, IRC, Zeneos, and Gajah Tunggal brands, and 49.7% of the company is owned by the Singaporean company Giti Tire.
