Aeolus Expands Production of Ultra-Large Tires

Chinese Aeolus Tyres has announced that it is completing a project to expand the production of ultra-large tires - the equipment has been installed, and most of the commissioning work has already been completed.

In Aeolus, they say that the most significant demand for UHP tires is currently observed in China, but there are still 10 countries with developed mining industries that are attractive markets for the company. First of all, this is Russia and other CIS countries, as well as Australia, Indonesia, Peru, Brazil, South Africa, etc. The company emphasizes that they were among the first to enter the markets of the CIS, Southeast Asia, and Latin America.

In order to develop its business abroad, Aeolus intends, in particular, to cooperate with Prometeon Tyre Group (PTG), and the key markets are considered to be China, the CIS, and Southeast Asia. In these regions, the Aeolus brand has traditionally strong positions, while in Europe, Turkey, and Brazil, Prometeon has a good consumer base.

Aeolus is capable of producing up to 7 million truck/bus tires and 800,000 tires for special equipment per year.
