The Zetum trademark belongs to the South Korean company Kumho Tire. Currently, it is a subsidiary of the Chinese conglomerate Doublestar. The company was founded in 1960 and was called Samyang Tire. Three years later, it gained access to the technologies of the North American Uniroyal, which made it possible to improve the quality of products and increase their production volumes. In 2017, it was announced that the Chinese Doublestar would acquire a controlling stake in Kumho Tire. A year later, this deal was completed. Currently, the company has three production sites, one of which is used for the manufacture of commercial tires of this brand.

Zetum Truck Tires

Currently, the manufacturer offers eight commercial tires of this brand. They are distributed across the following categories:

- for paved roads;
- for mixed conditions.

For paved roads, the manufacturer offers universal models designed for use in transportation over any distance. A characteristic feature of all tires is improved traction on wet and snowy roads, thanks to the use of tread patterns with an increased number of gripping edges. Additionally, it is worth noting the use of all-steel carcasses, the cord of which is made from steel wires with increased strength and resistance to stretching. This made it possible to reduce the weight of the structure, ensuring high load-carrying capacity and resistance to impact. A special compound is used in the manufacture of the tread, which is resistant to wear, punctures, and cracking, guaranteeing a significant resource of the tires.

The line of tires for mixed conditions consists of tires designed primarily for trucks and special equipment used, among other things, on unpaved surfaces. These models are distinguished by a tread pattern with an open design, which provides good traction on unstable loose surfaces. Additionally, a more durable rubber mixture is used than in similar products for paved roads.
