Description Zelda Surate A/S
Zelda Surate A/S — all-season tyre for passenger cars, designed for operation in variable weather conditions. The model combines a directional tread pattern, a developed system of traction edges and a rubber compound with a high silica content. The M+S and 3PMSF markings confirm the tyre's orientation towards year-round use and its compliance with the requirements for traction on snow.
The symmetrical directional pattern is formed by long V-shaped blocks that diverge from the central line to the shoulder areas. This architecture creates a continuous system of diagonal edges and helps the tyre maintain traction during acceleration and braking. The consistent arrangement of block vertices in the centre supports stable contact with the road and precise reactions to steering.
The wide channels between the V-shaped elements open towards the edges of the tread. When the wheel rotates, they direct water and snow slush from the central part of the contact patch outwards, reducing the risk of losing traction on a wet surface. Numerous wavy lamellas form additional working edges that increase the effectiveness of the tread on snow, wet and cold roads.
The large shoulder blocks increase the support area in the most loaded part of the tread and help maintain stability during manoeuvring. The all-season silica compound maintains the elasticity of the rubber when the temperature changes and improves the traction properties on wet and cold surfaces. As a result, Surate A/S combines predictable handling, comfort and adaptability to different seasons in one model.
Key features of Zelda Surate A/S
- directional V-shaped tread pattern forms developed longitudinal and diagonal traction edges;
- diverging channels accelerate the removal of water and snow slush to the edges of the contact patch;
- dense network of wavy lamellas supports traction on snow and cold wet surfaces;
- consistent central support zone increases stability and steering precision;
- large shoulder blocks help maintain stability in turns;
- silica compound and M+S/3PMSF markings correspond to the all-season purpose of the model.
