The summer mud tyre Zelda Rollander M/T is designed for SUVs and pickups that regularly drive off paved roads. The model is oriented towards movement on soft ground, deep ruts, sand, and rocky areas. The large-block tread pattern provides pronounced traction properties, and the reinforced design is calculated for increased loads in difficult road conditions.
The tread is formed from massive, spaced blocks of complex geometry. The optimized combination of large elements and wide grooves creates numerous longitudinal and transverse grip edges. The central blocks are arranged with an offset, which allows the traction force to be consistently transmitted across the entire width of the contact patch. This arrangement helps the tyre work more confidently on loose ground and maintain stability when overcoming irregularities.
The open inter-block channels facilitate the removal of dirt, water, and small stones. As the wheel rotates, contaminants are displaced outward, freeing the working edges of the tread for the next contact with the surface. The reinforced shoulder elements form additional grips on the rut walls, and special protective bridges in the shoulder grooves increase the resistance of this area to impact loads.
The power structure includes a reinforced two-layer breaker and a special three-layer carcass. This combination increases the overall strength of the tyre and helps it withstand deformations on broken roads. The rim ring with a single winding and a hexagonal profile increases the stability of the mounting area and the reliability of the tyre's fixation on the rim.
