Yokohama V902

Yokohama V902 is a new non-studded tire designed for the harsh Russian winter. Created in Japan and possessing an incredibly functional design, the V902 tire features unique 3D lamellas. The tire's gripping characteristics have been improved due to the modification of the rubber compound composition.

The tire behaves equally well on any road surface: snow, ice, or asphalt. The Yokohama V902 has a strict asymmetric design.

The features of the Yokohama V902 tire include:
- The inner part consists of blocks of moderate stiffness and high-performance lamellas for snow grip;
- The outer part consists of blocks of increased stiffness for confident cornering on dry roads;
- Optimally located straight channels effectively remove slush and water from the contact patch, maintaining maximum contact patch on a wide variety of road surfaces;
- Optimized lateral grooves of the tread effectively remove snow and slush, improving grip, increasing the edge effect;
- The wide surface provides block stiffness and allows them to support each other;
- Increased lamella density increases the edge effect on snowy and icy roads.

The tread compound of the Yokohama V902 provides excellent gripping characteristics over a wide temperature range in various winter conditions.
