The tread pattern features a symmetrical arrangement of elements. The key design element is a solid central rib. This element, thanks to the absence of gaps and enlarged dimensions, has high resistance to deformation. As a result, multidirectional acceleration forces are transmitted to the steering wheel quickly and accurately, improving handling accuracy and directional stability, along with feedback transparency and reduced rolling resistance.
The two rows of small blocks located in the central part provide high efficiency during braking and traction on slippery surfaces. The shoulder areas are enlarged in size. And the blocks that form them are rigidly connected to each other by longitudinal "bridges". This design improves several important driving qualities at once. First and foremost, it is resistance to lateral skidding during maneuvering and braking properties.
During the development of the tread pattern, much attention was paid to ensuring a high level of acoustic comfort. This is precisely why there are additional narrow ribs in the central part.
