This model was one of the first to apply the HAICoLAb technology. This is a tire development system using artificial intelligence. In addition, a spiral development model was used, which started with the formulation of tasks and goals by a human, followed by a stage of computer calculations and simulations. Only after that did the turn of artificial intelligence come, which was used to analyze and find even more effective solutions, after which the above-mentioned cycle was repeated again to achieve the maximum result. In particular, this became the tread pattern, which provides, in addition to excellent traction and handling, a low level of noise and vibrations, fuel efficiency, and wear resistance.
Optimized Compound
This tire is made using a special compound. Its composition is characterized by a high content of silicon dioxide, better known as "silica". Moreover, it is applied in the form of tiny particles, which made it possible to increase the uniformity of the rubber mixture. This is also ensured by the presence of a polymer package in the composition. They bind all the components of the rubber mixture into a single whole at the molecular level, giving it not only high elasticity at low temperatures but also mechanical strength. As a result, the tire demonstrates more reliable traction on wet surfaces, along with increased resistance to abrasive wear, the formation of cracks and cracks in the tread under extremely high loads.
