Yokohama A509

Yokohama A509 – a tubeless tire designed for passenger vehicles. It is used during the summer period of the year, demonstrating high operational and technical characteristics on dry and wet road surfaces, in strong heat and during active precipitation. The model provides high travel comfort due to reduced noise levels in the vehicle cabin.

The product is made from an innovative rubber compound with reinforcing components in its composition, which allow the tire to maintain its stiffness and elasticity even at high air temperatures and when in contact with heated asphalt. Additionally, the model has high resistance to punctures and other damage, as well as to rapid and uneven wear.

The tread pattern is symmetric and non-directional, featuring three straight central rows of large blocks that provide a large contact patch area and a high level of traction. Four longitudinal wide channels and numerous transverse grooves reduce the risk of aquaplaning.
