Hybrid carcass
From the point of view of the production process, the model is built on the principles of radial technology, but with special requirements for stiffness. The sidewall is flexible enough to provide the maximum contact patch on a wet surface, but stiff enough to withstand the enormous lateral loads that occur in high-speed turns. This is achieved through a special arrangement of cord layers and a reinforced breaker.
Multi-compound structure
The basis is a specialized compound. Engineers have bet on a high content of silicon dioxide, which "charges" the rubber mixture with activity on a wet and cold surface. This does not allow the molecules to "harden" in the rain and preserves elasticity for maximum grip.
