WestLake ZuperTrek Z-203
Description WestLake ZuperTrek Z-203
WestLake ZuperTrek Z-203 – summer tire with an asymmetric tread pattern that can be installed on vehicles of various classes and sizes. Such versatility was achieved through the release in a wide range of sizes. The model stands out for its reliability of coupling properties, both on dry and wet road surfaces, low noise and effectiveness of protection against hydroplaning.
The basis for the tread is a special rubber compound that contains silicon dioxide, as well as a whole package of additives. Thanks to this combination, it was possible to increase wear resistance and optimize the tread elements for operation at various temperature regimes. The result is the maintenance of working characteristics over a long period, including during intensive operation.
The tread itself is represented by three central rib structures, which are supplemented by multidirectional grooves and notches. Thanks to them, it was possible to improve handling at high speeds, as well as maintain the effectiveness of coupling properties on low-quality road surfaces. A number of elements are part of an extensive drainage system that allows for quick removal of moisture from the contact area, minimizing the risk of aquaplaning.
Among the features, one can also highlight the special arrangement of block structures that do not allow the formation of air vortices. This has a positive effect on maintaining acoustic comfort in the cabin.
Main features of WestLake ZuperTrek Z-203:
- wide range of installation options due to the variability of the size range;
- high directional stability and responsiveness of handling, due to the developed rib structure of the central zone;
- effective drainage system, ensuring rapid water removal and maintaining optimal temperature conditions of the tread;
- use of a special compound with silica, which is not prone to overheating and maintains its elasticity at various temperatures
