Vitour Safari ATX+

The Vitour Safari ATX+ is a summer tire of asymmetric type, which is installed on SUVs and crossovers. The model is characterized by excellent grip, improved traction on dirt roads, and stability of behavior when driving straight.

The tread pattern was developed using modern computer technologies. Therefore, the tire received a tread pattern that allows preserving operational qualities, both on asphalt and on dirt. In the center, there are three ribs, two of which have a block structure, and one is monolithic, but equipped with notches. Thanks to this, high accuracy of control on straight roads is maintained, and the risk of skidding during maneuvers is minimized.

The model is well-resistant to aquaplaning, which is handled by the drainage system. It is represented by four ring channels that complement the transverse grooves and a rare network of lamellas. Thanks to this, the drainage of the contact patch occurs in the shortest possible time, ensuring the preservation of contact.

The compound plays a significant role in maintaining the tire's grip properties, which contains many synthetic components. They also increase the resistance of the rubber to abrasive wear.
