Description Vitour Ice Line
Vitour Ice Line – an asymmetric winter tire designed for passenger cars. It is produced in the most popular sizes, providing good handling on winter roads, effective traction characteristics, and ease of maneuverability.
The key feature of the model is the tread, made in an asymmetric type. Its central part is occupied by wide longitudinal ribs, creating a large contact area. The block structure of one of the ribs, as well as a high level of lamellization, provides an increased level of traction due to the edge effect. At the same time, the degree of adhesion remains at the same level, regardless of the condition of the road surface (snow cover, icing, humidity).
In addition to traction properties, the tread provides good maneuverability with a sensitive response to the actions of the steering wheel. This is largely ensured by the developed lateral zone, which is characterized by rapid self-cleaning and increased stiffness.
Main features of Vitour Ice Line
- elastic compound, increasing adhesion;
- low noise effect;
- asymmetric tread, providing directional stability, maneuverability, and good traction;
- rapid removal of slush and water, reducing the risk of skidding.
