Description Vinmax Active V02
The summer tyre Vinmax Active V02 is designed for passenger vehicles primarily operated on paved roads. Its tread pattern features longitudinal ribs, four circumferential grooves, and wide shoulder areas. This configuration combines a dense supporting surface with branched pathways for water evacuation from the contact patch.
Longitudinal ribs for stable driving
The central part of the tread consists of three longitudinal ribs. Angled sipes on their surface create additional biting edges, while a significant portion of each rib remains continuous. Connected rubber segments maintain the stiffness of the central zone, which bears the load during straight-line driving and helps preserve steering response accuracy.
Four grooves for water evacuation
Circumferential grooves run around the entire tyre circumference, separating the central ribs and shoulder zones. When driving on wet roads, they collect water from the contact patch. Transverse sipes complement the longitudinal channels, directing water toward the edges of the tread. The combination of both water evacuation directions helps the tyre tread maintain contact with the road surface in rainy conditions.
Extended shoulder zones
Wide sections with transverse grooves are located along the edges of the tyre tread. Shoulder blocks provide support during cornering and lane changes, when the load shifts to one side of the tyre. Small gaps between them maintain a dense tread structure, while outward-facing channels enhance the drainage system's performance.
