Triangle TR737

The Triangle TR737 winter commercial tire is one of the numerous novelties presented by a well-known manufacturer from China in a very short period of time. This model, designed for minivans and light trucks, is distinguished not only by its attractively low price, but also by its good operational properties. The credit for this goes to foreign specialists who were involved in its development.

Two Execution Options

Depending on the size, the Triangle TR737 is offered in two execution options, differing from each other only in the design of the tread pattern. Tires with a wider tread have a longitudinal rib in the center, while the "narrow" models lack it, featuring a 4-rib tread pattern. In all other respects, both modifications are absolutely identical.

Polyhedral Tread Blocks

With the exception of the central longitudinal rib, the rest of the tread pattern of this tire consists of numerous individual blocks. They are characterized by a polyhedral configuration, which provides the contact patch with a large number of very high and differently directed edges of adhesion. These give the tire excellent traction and adhesion properties on snow and snowmash, increasing safety in adverse conditions.

Optimized External Load Distribution of Triangle TR737

In addition to the polyhedral shape, all tread elements are distinguished by massive sizes. In combination with their symmetrical arrangement and flat tread profile, this significantly optimizes the distribution of external load on the contact patch, which in turn improves several important operational properties. First and foremost, this is an increase in carrying capacity, stability and predictability of handling, as well as prevention of uneven wear.

Confident Behavior on Ice

In all, without exception, tread blocks of the Triangle TR737, at least three wavy lamellas are cut. The total number of adhesion edges formed by them exceeds several thousand. In combination with their transverse arrangement, this gives the tire excellent longitudinal traction and adhesion properties, especially on wet roads, rolled snow, and ice. At the same time, it is impossible not to note the wavy shape of the lamella walls. It increases the transverse stiffness of the blocks, which has a positive effect on handling.
