Developers of the Tri-Ace Pioner A/T off-road tire have taken a similar product from Japanese manufacturers as a basis. Having chosen a fairly good sample for imitation, they managed to give this model a fairly good set of operational qualities in terms of balance. It fully meets the requirements for All Terrain category off-road tires. It demonstrates good performance on any type of road surface, and in addition, excellent reliability, durability, and fuel efficiency.
Dual Z-shaped blocks in the center of the tread
All elements of the tread of this tire have wide functional capabilities. One of the confirmations of this is the blocks in its central part. They have a complex polygonal Z-shaped form, being assembled into a longitudinal rib and arranged in pairs. This design improves several operational properties at once - from directional stability, rolling resistance on the highway to traction characteristics off-road.
Square blocks in the shoulder areas
In turn, the blocks in the shoulder areas are characterized by a more traditional square shape. It was chosen because it allows optimizing the distribution of load on the contact patch. In combination with the massive size of the blocks, this, on the one hand, increases the service life of the tread, and on the other hand, improves traction with the road when turning and braking, and also provides more confident behavior on sandy and earthy soils.
Main features of Tri-Ace Pioneer A/T
- longitudinal Z-shaped blocks in the center of the tread reduce rolling resistance, increase directional stability and handling responsiveness without compromising traction characteristics on the highway and off-road;
- numerous trapezoidal blocks increase traction on earthy and sandy soils;
- the square shape of the blocks in the shoulder areas provides a more even distribution of pressure on the contact patch, which, in turn, increases the service life of the tread, increases reliability and stability of traction when turning and braking, and provides confident behavior when overcoming difficult sections.
