Trayal Arctica — non-studded winter tire for passenger cars, featuring a directional tread pattern. The tire was developed using the most advanced technologies.
When developing the tread, specialists tried to take into account all the features of operation in winter conditions, so the tire has excellent handling and increased safety. The unique rubber compound used in the production of the tread made it possible to achieve optimal traction with various road surfaces. The applied directional tread pattern minimizes the phenomenon of aquaplaning and splashing, thanks to the use of an effective system for collecting water and slush from the surface of the tires. Additionally, there are large blocks on the edges that stabilize this part of the tread.
The useful area of the Trayal Arctica tire's outer edge of the tread is covered with a multifunctional, dense network of various notches and grooves. This network made it possible to obtain adequate traction and achieve safe braking on snowy and icy road surfaces. The rigid tread blocks used improve traction and handling. The blocks located on the edges of the tread allow for complete control of the vehicle, even at high speeds on snowy road surfaces.
