The Toyo Proxes T1R summer tire is one of the most striking representatives of the new generation of tires created specifically for fast and active driving. This model belongs to the Ultra High Performance category, mainly used on powerful sports sedans and coupes. Like its predecessor, the Proxes T1-S, this tire has been extremely popular among tuning studios for many years.

In developing this tire, the specialists of the Japanese company widely applied the most advanced technologies, including the advanced computer simulation method DSOC-T. This allows tire engineers to conduct virtual tests of the tire in various road conditions and on different car models. This makes it possible to select the most suitable composition of the rubber mixture and perfectly optimize the tread pattern.

The practical result of the wide application of computer modeling tools is the exceptional stability and handling of the tire at high speeds, regardless of the characteristics of the road surface. At the same time, the tire demonstrates an optimal level of comfort, distinguished by a very low noise level.

Another advantage of this model is the aggressive V-shaped design of the symmetrical directional tread pattern, which made it possible to achieve an ideal balance between excellent directional stability, high braking efficiency, responsiveness, and increased wear resistance.

The rubber mixture composition, in addition to silica, includes a silicon compound, which made it possible to significantly reduce the heating of the Toyo Proxes T1R tire when driving at high speeds. Due to the lower temperature during movement, the tread became more wear-resistant.

When passing turns at high speeds, as well as during other sharp maneuvers, the tire is distinguished by excellent stability. This was achieved thanks to the wide reinforced shoulder zones, which effectively prevent tread deformation under the influence of lateral forces.
