Toyama Truck Tires

In the segment of commercial tires, the company is represented by several dozen models of the following categories:

- for long-distance transportation;
- for short-distance transportation;
- for off-road use.

The "highway" line of tires consists of models with maximum load capacity and service life. All tires use all-steel carcasses, which are made using steel cord of a smaller cross-section, but the material itself has high strength and resistance to breakage and stretching. This made it possible to significantly reduce the weight of the tire, increase its carrying capacity, reduce rolling resistance, and provide additional wear resistance. Another feature is the use of a large number of tread patterns. This adapts the tire to specific operating conditions, providing it with maximum efficiency.

For short-distance transportation, the manufacturer offers universal models that can be used on any axle. A distinctive feature of the line is not such a high load capacity as the "highway" tires, but much greater strength and reliability. This is due to the use of damage-resistant carcasses, increased tread thickness, and the use of rubber compounds that are more resistant to punctures and tears. In addition, some of the tread patterns allow the use of tires from this line, including on unpaved surfaces.

The line of tires for off-road use is mainly intended for quarry dump trucks and other special equipment used on the production sites of mining enterprises. These tires are designed for use in short-distance transportation, primarily on hard rocky surfaces. Their tread patterns consist of massive blocks, the size and arrangement of which prevent the occurrence of cracks in the tread. It, in turn, is made from a compound that is extremely resistant to wear, punctures, cuts, as well as heating for a long time. The design of the carcass and the profile of the tire's sidewalls allows it to withstand smearing due to strong impacts without any problems, which significantly increases the reliability and resource of the tire.
