Frame Architecture
The structure is based on a reinforced design with 10 layers of cord. This means that the tyre is designed for serious weight loads.
The internal power structure includes double steel belts reinforced with spirally wound nylon, as well as a three-layer polyester cord sidewall. This combination provides exceptional resistance to deformation when driving with a full load and on complex terrain, maintaining the geometry of the contact patch.
The thickened sidewall deserves special attention - it is twice as thick as that of regular all-terrain tyres. This is critical for protection against cuts and punctures when contacting rough off-road terrain.

UTTER SHIELD - a system that deflects protruding objects (sharp stones, rebar, tree roots), preventing damage to the sidewall. This is not just thick rubber, but an engineering solution that changes the trajectory of contact with the obstacle.
CoreGard - this is a set of solutions for strengthening the frame and sidewall, adapted to the extreme loads characteristic of rally raids.
