The TBBtires brand belongs to the Chinese company Jiangsu General Science Technology Co., Ltd., founded in 2002. It represents a modern high-tech enterprise engaged in the development, production, and sale of a wide range of automotive tires. The company has three production sites in China, Thailand, and Cambodia, whose products are supplied to more than 70 countries around the world, including European countries and the USA. The annual capacity of just one plant in Thailand is 1 million commercial and 6 million passenger tires. Meanwhile, all of the company's enterprises use advanced technologies. The firm is guided by the concept of intelligent, environmentally friendly, and high-tech factories in this matter. For these purposes, 5G, the Internet of Things, and artificial intelligence are used. This has made it possible to create an extremely flexible production structure with the ability to quickly individually adjust each product.

One of the practical results of this approach is a plant in China specializing in the production of passenger tires. This is a so-called "dark factory" where the number of personnel has been reduced to an unprecedented minimum. The enterprise for the production of commercial tires is built to the Industry 4.0 standard. In 2021, the company became the first in the 2021 Smart Factory TOP200 list.

The company is known for its technologies and innovations. Currently, it owns more than 390 invention patents and is among the leaders of the tire industry in China. Modern research, production, and testing equipment from the USA, Japan, Italy, the Netherlands, and Germany makes it possible to continuously produce innovative products. In particular, JS was the first company in China to master the production of tires with frames, the cord of which is located at a "zero" angle, or has a four-layer structure. The latter has found wide application in tires for special equipment of mining enterprises, which are considered in China to be the standard product of this class. To this, we should add the advanced compound for commercial tires, as well as the "anti-puncture" Celimo technology for passenger tires.

Currently, the company is developing according to the 5X Plan concept. It involves building five foreign production sites by 2030, five research and development centers, attracting 500 sales partners for automotive tires, and creating 5,000 trade enterprises around the world, which can sell more than 50 million automotive tires per year.

TBBtires Truck Tires

This brand is used by the manufacturer to promote exclusively commercial tires. All models are distributed across the following categories:

- tires for long-haul transportation;
- tires for short and medium-distance transportation;
- special tires.

For long-haul transportation, the manufacturer offers more than three dozen models. The wide range is due to the presence of tires that provide various scenarios for using large-capacity trucks. All tires are designed for use on all axles, as well as on a specific axle. Among the operational properties inherent in this line, it is worth noting the increased load capacity, excellent fuel economy, and long service life, along with stable traction on dry and wet roads.

The range of tires for short and medium-distance transportation includes more than fifty models. A significant part of them is universal tires suitable for installation on any axle. The distinctive feature of the line is the increased strength of the frames, the use of a large number of tread patterns that adapt the tires to use in various conditions, such as snow and dirt roads. In addition, a rubber compound with increased wear resistance is used.

The brand's special tire line is designed for use primarily in equipment based on trucks used in construction and municipal services. These are universal "all-position" tires with a somewhat specific set of operational properties. Among them, increased load capacity, resistance to punctures, tears, and cracking are especially highlighted.
