Sunwide RS-Zero – a summer tire for passenger cars, characterized by effective protection against hydroplaning, low rolling resistance, and excellent handling.
To minimize the risk of hydroplaning, three circumferential grooves are provided, supplemented by sipes on the edges. Thanks to their joint action, the contact patch is drained at a high speed.
To maintain precise handling at any speed, two central ribs are provided, carrying lateral sipes. The shoulder area contains block structures that increase the contact patch and contribute to maintaining a tight grip on the road surface.
The tire is distinguished by its softness and smooth ride, which are achieved through a special compound with polymer additives. Despite its softness, the rubber mixture effectively resists abrasive wear.
Key features of Sunwide RS-Zero
- high level of handling sensitivity and stability of straight-line movement due to two central ribs;
- a large contact area increases grip, including on poor roads;
- the compound provides vibration absorption.
