The basis of the tread construction is a large number of individual blocks that form three longitudinal ribs. Between each block, there is a deep channel. This structure forms numerous gripping edges that improve traction in both longitudinal and transverse directions. In addition, the ribs contribute to maintaining stability during straight-line driving, providing a sensitive response to the actions of the steering wheel.

For effective braking, three-dimensional lamellas were used, which additionally increase traction, especially on icy sections of the road surface.
