The Sumaxx Max Terra M/T summer tire for SUVs and pickups, although belonging to the Mud Terrain category, has an M+S marking, which allows it to be used on snowy surfaces as well. However, it shows its greatest efficiency on loose, unstable gravel surfaces, demonstrating increased traction properties and resistance to lateral slippage in such conditions. The tread pattern is designed in an open style, consisting of separate blocks.
