The basis of the tread is formed by medium-sized block structures that form three ribs in the central zone. Having an irregular shape and being located at different angles relative to each other, they provide a large contact patch. In addition, they stabilize the vehicle, preventing lateral displacements and skidding on wet pavement. The presence of stiffness bridges between the blocks reduces the deformation effect, which has a positive effect on maintaining traction. An important feature is the deep channels that densely permeate the entire tread and open up in the shoulder area. Thanks to this, fast self-cleaning and prevention of aquaplaning are realized.
