The winter commercial tire Satoya Cargo S (studded) was developed with consideration of the specific conditions of "European" winters, which are characterized by the absence of a stable snow cover. The model is most effective on wet roads with separate snowy sections.
The tread pattern is distinguished by the presence of many separate blocks, which form five longitudinal ribs. The high bidirectional edges formed by them allow for stable traction on snow. The lamellas cut into the blocks increase the traction and coupling properties on slippery surfaces, reducing the risk of hydroplaning. The distribution of elements along the longitudinal ribs reduces rolling resistance and promotes a more even distribution of pressure on the road surface, which significantly slows down the wear process.
