Saffiro SF7000 — a summer model designed for operation in urban dynamic load conditions. It provides stable traction characteristics in speed mode, precise handling, and effective braking on various types of coatings.
The tread is made according to a non-directional asymmetric scheme with extended shoulder zones. The geometric parameters of the shoulder elements are characterized by an optimized angle of inclination, effective distribution of internal pressure, and an increased contact area.
The drainage system consists of four main channels of variable depth, connected by a network of transverse micro-lamellae. The configuration provides a high water drainage rate, maintaining efficiency at a residual tread depth of up to 3 mm.
The rubber compound based on a modified silicon-organic compound contains a number of special components that increase wear resistance, as well as temperature-resistant components. This allows maintaining the working properties of the compound in a wide temperature range.
The design specification is represented by reinforced nylon threads in the "shoulder" zone, a two-layer breaker with optimized weaving, as well as a cord made of polyester threads. The combination of these technical solutions made it possible to increase resistance to deformation under load and reduce the likelihood of punctures and cuts.
