The Safecess trademark belongs to the Chinese company Weifang Shunfuchang Rubber and Plastic Co., established in 1994. The company's production facility covers an area of 1.2 million square meters, where more than 1,600 sets of equipment are installed for manufacturing a wide range of rubber and plastic products, including automobile tires. A significant portion of these tires are supplied to the assembly lines of leading automakers in China. Between 2001 and 2008, the company's tire products successfully passed international certification, allowing it to enter key markets in the EU and North America. This brand is used to promote commercial tires for trucks and large buses.

In the segment of commercial tires, the manufacturer under this brand offers about twenty models of the following categories:

- for transportation on paved roads over medium and long distances;
- for transportation over short and medium distances on paved roads and unpaved surfaces;
- for transportation over short distances on unpaved surfaces.

The brand's tire line for paved roads consists of models for steering/trailer and drive axles. This solution, on the one hand, minimizes operating costs and ensures simplicity of use, and on the other hand, allows for the most efficient tires to be offered. All tires are characterized by the use of closed tread patterns with solid longitudinal ribs, which reduce rolling resistance and wear, and improve directional stability at high speeds. Other notable features include an optimized profile that increases mileage, as well as an increased tread depth, which reduces the risk of damage and makes the tire more durable.

For mixed operating conditions, the manufacturer offers tires positioned as an effective solution for dump trucks, concrete mixers, and other special equipment. The key difference between these tires is the use of a special compound that is extremely resistant to punctures and cuts. Additionally, optimized tread patterns are used, the design of which not only provides stable traction on asphalt and unpaved surfaces but also reduces tire heat during prolonged high-speed driving with a high load. Another feature is the reinforced carcass and breaker with cord made of ultra-high-strength steel wire, which provides reliable protection against tire damage, especially during strong impacts and bruising.

The off-road tire line is also designed for special equipment, but used on unpaved surfaces of mining production sites. Such tires are externally distinguished by a characteristic pattern of wide blocks with long transverse edges. These elements not only improve traction but also help the tread to maintain its integrity, acting as reinforcing ribs that prevent it from deforming under strong mechanical stress. Another feature common to all tires in the line is the carcass design with shoulder area reinforcement. They limit the mobility of blocks at the edges of the tread, improving traction and stability during maneuvering. One notable exception is the GA978 with elements featuring special lamellas. This model is primarily designed for soft sandy and clay soils.
