The Rydanz Nordica NR21 tire for SUVs and pickups is designed for use on any snowy and icy surfaces. Without studs, this model is characterized by stable traction and handling, a quiet and smooth ride, as well as a long service life and fuel efficiency, in such conditions.
The tread pattern consists of massive blocks. In the central part, they are located with increased density, forming three continuous longitudinal ribs, which reduce fuel consumption while ensuring stability of traction at high speeds. The shoulder blocks are separated from each other by wide grooves, which provides increased traction and grip on snowy surfaces. Another important feature is the high density of lamella placement. Narrow slits with saw-tooth edges form hundreds of additional edges, providing the tire with stable traction properties on the most slippery winter surfaces. They are significantly enhanced by the characteristics of the rubber compound, which, due to the presence of a large amount of silica and natural rubber in its composition, retains elasticity at temperatures significantly below zero degrees Celsius.
