Росава Бц-5

The summer tire Rosava BC-5, like most other models of the well-known Ukrainian manufacturer, is designed for inexpensive passenger cars. Despite its low cost, it has a number of advantages, including high technical characteristics, excellent balance, and no obvious weaknesses.

Solid central rib

One of the key differences in the design of the tread of this model is the central longitudinal rib. This element has a solid structure, which gives it increased resistance to deformation. This property improves several important operational properties of the tire. First and foremost, it provides good stability at high speeds, as well as quick and accurate response to steering wheel turns. This makes the car handling process much easier, creating a feeling of complete control over the vehicle.

Improved traction on slippery surfaces

As for the other tread ribs, they all have a separate construction, consisting of many blocks. For the sake of fuel efficiency and tire stability at high speeds, they have a shape close to rectangular and are arranged longitudinally. The contact edges formed by them allow the tire to demonstrate more than confident behavior on slippery surfaces.

Good resistance to aquaplaning

The open design of most of the tread of this tire provides it with high resistance to aquaplaning. The numerous drainage grooves that it is literally filled with cope well with the removal of virtually any amount of water from the contact patch. In this regard, it is impossible not to note the presence of many lamellas in the blocks. These tread elements not only form additional contact edges but also "push" water towards one of the nearest grooves. This provides even more effective protection against aquaplaning.
