Winter tires are not winter. They are very bad all-season tires.
+ Quiet. Doesn’t slide much. Good braking on packed snow. Good traction
    - On ice like a summer tire. Braked 50 meters in 10 seconds before a blinking green light at a slippery intersection. Luckily, there was no pickup driver.
On ice, it’s a complete zero. A problem is waiting to happen. Braked all winter using engine braking. Don’t

The previous author on Smart is just a typical tyre-hugger, I've been driving on these tyres almost for 10 years, both for passenger and commercial vehicles, the best tyres for price and quality and it's not the tyres, but the rubber profile between the steering wheel and the seat ;).
