Primewell Tires

Despite the fact that Primewell Tires has appeared on the domestic, European and North American markets quite recently, its history spans over 60 years. The fact is that it is one of the numerous divisions of the tire conglomerate GITI Tire, which was founded on the basis of this manufacturer back in 1951. This fact largely explains why it does not engage in the production of tires of other brands under its own brand today. Currently, Primewell Tires' activities cover all stages of the tire life cycle, from development to testing and sales.

The development of tire products of this company is handled by the technical center of the company MIRA, located in the UK. Its services are used by many leading manufacturers in the world, which testifies to the enormous engineering talent of its specialists. At the same time, the latest development methods are used, including the use of modern computer-aided modeling tools and long-term research in the field of chemistry and physics of materials. It is also impossible not to note the virtually unlimited funding of these works, which is evidenced by the excellent operational characteristics of the new tires of this brand, first and foremost, traction and durability.

Despite the use of modern digital technologies in the creation of tires, Primewell preferred not to abandon natural testing of developed models. Prototypes are researched in the presumed operating conditions, most of which can be safely called extremely unfavorable. At the same time, the behavior of each component of the design is scrupulously evaluated. The shortcomings revealed in this way are eliminated, after which the prototype is sent for a new cycle of tests. This continues until the tire demonstrates the characteristics set by its developers. For most models, this painstaking and meticulous work takes years.

This is largely due to the use of several test sites located in different parts of the world, in regions with very different climatic conditions, for testing. Currently, Primewell Tires is testing its new tires in China's Ding Yuan, in the UK at the MIRA test site, and in Finland at the Mellatrack test site.
