The Platin Rp510 van summer tire is designed for light commercial vehicles. It is characterized by increased strength, extended service life, stability on wet pavement, and comfortable handling.
The tread pattern features large elements, the resistance to deformation of which improves handling, reduces fuel consumption and wear. The wide grooves located between the longitudinal ribs even at high speeds minimize the risk of a continuous water film forming in the contact patch, providing reliable traction on wet pavement. In such conditions, additional grip is provided to the tire by an elastic rubber compound with a high "silica" content.
