The Pirelli Scorpion Zero All Season NCS summer tire is designed for the most dynamic versions of SUVs and crossovers. Accordingly, this model is intended exclusively for use on asphalt roads. It is characterized by increased accuracy in handling, improved traction on wet surfaces, along with good smoothness for its class, acoustic comfort, and wear resistance.
The NCS abbreviation in the tire's name indicates the use of Noise Canceling System technology in its design. This is a special tire layout with a layer of polymeric foam with a porous structure on the inside. The numerous air-filled cavities prevent the transmission of noise and vibrations to the vehicle's cabin, which has a positive effect on acoustic comfort. Another important feature of the tire is the design of its tread pattern. It contains an increased number of traction edges, comparable to those typical of winter tires.
