The Petlas Full Grip PT925 winter tire is installed on commercial vehicles. It is beneficially distinguished from most similar products of other brands by improved coupling properties on snowy and icy surfaces.
The tread pattern has a V-shaped structure. This significantly increases the traction force and deceleration intensity on slippery surfaces while maintaining directional stability. The blocks in the shoulder zones are connected by longitudinal "bridges". Along with their trapezoidal profile, this significantly improves the accuracy of control at high speeds and reduces uneven wear under significant weight loads. The tread part of the tire is made based on fine-dispersed silicon dioxide particles. This gives the tire elasticity at negative temperatures, additionally increasing its "grip" on slippery surfaces.
