Pathfinder – a Korean brand owned by Kumho Tires, specializes in releasing a wide range of tire products, covering almost all major niches in this sphere. With six factories (three in Korea, three in China) and a research center, the company specializes in producing affordable yet high-quality tires that meet many global standards.
The Pathfinder brand releases tires for SUVs and light trucks, which have a number of distinctive features. Firstly, the compound contains three main polymers, supplemented by numerous additives. This achieves increased resistance to damage. Secondly, all major channels, regardless of the tread pattern, have a conical structure. This allows for efficient tread cleaning. Therefore, even when driving on rocky or loose soil, the tread remains clean and functional. Thirdly, the rigid ribs, located in the center, contribute to improved traction, providing good traction and a short braking distance. The tires are also equipped with a high-efficiency drainage system, which improves adhesion properties on wet and snowy roads by removing excess moisture and slush.
So far, the brand has released a limited number of models, but the company is constantly working on expanding its range. At the same time, special attention is paid to quality. This has been confirmed by many owners of SUVs and light trucks.
