Pallyking Griptech PU01 — a well-balanced summer tire for passenger car owners. The model was created under the motto "predictability + economy + comfort". No compromises at the expense of safety.
Operating Conditions
The tire is designed for a wide range of modern passenger cars — from sedans to compact crossovers. Operation is possible both in the metropolis and on suburban highways with good coverage.
It demonstrates the following indicators:
- directional stability — the car does not "wander" on a straight line;
- ease of maneuvering — a clear response to steering wheel rotation;
- fuel efficiency — does not "eat" extra liters per kilometer.
Tread "Anatomy"
In the central part of the tread, three medium-sized longitudinal ribs are placed. They provide optimal stiffness — when turning, they work like a single stabilizing belt. Each rib is equipped with small diagonal notches that suppress resonant vibrations and create additional traction edges.
The central ribs are divided by four wide longitudinal channels. Their task is to quickly drain moisture. Even during heavy rain, the water film does not have time to lift the tire — hydroplaning is excluded. The stability of the traction characteristics is maintained in all driving modes.
Shoulder Areas
Here, wide shoulder areas with a solid structure but with diagonal semi-grooves were implemented. Thanks to this, they effectively adapt to the micro-profile of the road, increasing the actual contact patch. And also stabilize the car when performing maneuvers. This engineering solution increases stability in turns and reduces the risk of skidding on a wet surface.
Key Features of Pallyking Griptech PU01:
- directional stability and ease of maneuvering are achieved due to three central ribs with diagonal notches;
- elastic compound that withstands increased temperature — a special summer recipe that maintains traction on heated asphalt;
- a small number of tread elements reduces rolling resistance and air whirlpools, reducing fuel consumption in the combined cycle;
- the optimized tread pattern and carcass design provide acoustic comfort in the cabin at any speed.
