The summer tire Pace Impero is positioned by the manufacturer as a model intended for use primarily in urban conditions. It is distinguished by its stability on high-speed gripping, reliability of handling on wet pavement, quiet and smooth ride, and fuel efficiency.

The asymmetric tread pattern is characterized by the arrangement of elements that provide 4-phase noise and vibration suppression. Additional improvement of acoustic comfort is achieved by the design of longitudinal grooves, which prevents the formation of turbulence in the airflow passing through them. The combination of ride smoothness and ease of handling is achieved due to the combination of an optimized tread profile and a rubber compound with increased elasticity. Among other features, it is worth noting the presence of three massive longitudinal ribs in the central part of the tread. These elements provide stability of handling and stability of grip at high speeds. These properties are practically fully preserved on wet pavement due to the increased volume of drainage channels between the longitudinal ribs, which intensively drain almost any amount of water from under the tire.
