The Pace Antarctica 5+ winter tire is designed for a wide range of passenger cars, including crossovers, pickups, and all-wheel drive SUVs. The "+" prefix indicates increased tire sizes.

The model features a directional tread with pronounced symmetry of element arrangement. The abundant lamellization of blocks and the presence of frictional additives in the compound make the vehicle more stable in turns and minimize skidding. Five tread ribs formed by separate blocks allow reducing the braking distance, making the ride safer. The use of a jointless cord has positively affected the resistance to damage that may occur when driving over irregularities.
