The Nordman S2 SUV summer tire is designed for SUVs and crossover vehicles. It belongs to the High Terrain category, which limits its application to asphalt roads. At the same time, in such conditions, they demonstrate universality thanks to good driving qualities and durability even on "rough" coatings.
The tire design has been significantly strengthened. Changes affected not only the frame but also the rubber compound. The use of special polymers in its composition made it possible to increase the strength of the compound against rupture and stretching, which significantly reduces the risk of penetrating damage and noticeably slows down the abrasive wear of the tread. The "borrowed" from truck tires protrusions on the bottom of the drainage grooves prevent stones from getting stuck, which additionally ensures the reliability of the tire.
