NTC is the recipient of the scientific research institute of the tire industry. At the moment, LLC has intellectual property related to the development of tires, collected over 70 years of the institute's work.

NTC "NIIHP" has:
- a bank of high-performance rubber recipes for various tires;
- an instrumental and methodological base for testing and analyzing rubber and tire materials;
- equipment for bench testing of tires of various purposes.

Also, in the NTC "NIIHP", an independent tire certification testing center operates. The technical capabilities in terms of the regulatory framework, testing equipment, and specialist qualifications make it possible not only to carry out certification work but also to conduct various research on the quality and technical characteristics of tires.

The accreditation scope of the testing center covers a wide range of fillers and rubbers, retarders and accelerators of vulcanization, modifiers, stabilizers, sealants, adhesives, non-form and form-shaped rubber-technical products, and much more.

The NTC has been the organizer of various scientific and research conferences and symposia for several years.
