The all-season tire Nexen SV820A is installed on commercial vehicles of especially small capacity. It is characterized by stable grip on wet pavement, high load-carrying capacity, long service life, and pronounced fuel-saving properties.
The tread pattern features an open design in the central part and a closed design in the shoulder zones. The numerous blocks in the center of the pattern have a complex shape, which increases the number of edges formed by them, making them multidirectional. This significantly improves traction properties and gives stability to the grip on slippery surfaces. The shoulder zones are made in the form of solid ribs. The high deformation resistance of these elements and the enlarged size increase the grip on dry pavement, improve steering accuracy, and reduce the risk of lateral skidding. The tread contains a large number of angular and curved lamellas. They increase the efficiency of the tire when the coefficient of friction with the road surface is low.
