The MRF Wanderer Sport tire is the first model produced in India; it is intended for equipping Renault Duster crossovers in the primary configuration, supplied to the Indian market. At the same time, this model has already caught the attention of Russian consumers and is gradually gaining popularity among owners of powerful SUVs.
The tire is classified according to the speed index H (up to 210 km/h), and for now, it is released in a single size 215/65R15, although the MRF concern plans to expand the model range in the near future by mastering the production of products in the most in-demand sizes.
When designing the Wanderer Sport, all the details related to the specifics of tire application were taken into account. The currently popular trend of using asymmetric tread has been reflected in the MRF Wanderer Sport model. Additionally, the tread has reinforced shoulder blocks that ensure reliable grip with the road surface.
MRF designers applied a reinforced version of the sidewall design to optimize the dynamic and speed characteristics, as well as to ensure the accuracy of vehicle control.
A qualitatively new composition of the rubber mixture provides the MRF Wanderer Sport tire with reliable grip with the road surface of any nature, as well as regardless of the degree of humidity. The noise level is significantly reduced, making the ride as comfortable as possible.
In general, the design of the tread pattern and the construction of the tire harmonize with the external appearance of the car, emphasizing its power. At the same time, the visual effect fully corresponds to the technical indicators of the tire, related to the coefficient of transmission of traction and braking effort.
The optimal width and tread pattern provide reliable resistance to skidding on wet road sections (aquaplaning).
