Description Mickey Thompson Baja ATZ Radial
Mickey Thompson Baja ATZ Radial is a hybrid of two types of tires: All-Terrain and Mud-Terrain. The tire is perfect for comfortable off-road trips, where it's quite difficult to get on regular tires. Baja ATZ Radial is noticeably "simpler" than the MTZ model. It doesn't have such a brutal tread, but it's more comfortable.
The ratio of the tire's purpose to asphalt and off-road is roughly at the same level (60% asphalt to 40% off-road). This tire also features the popular American PowerPly 3-ply technology. The tire has six layers of tread and three layers of sidewall. The sidewall is very rigid and almost impossible to puncture.
Features of the Mickey Thompson Baja ATZ Radial tire
— Radial tire construction with increased wear resistance;
— High load indices, allowing the vehicle to transport large, heavy goods;
— Self-cleaning tread, perfectly handling dirt and snow;
— Presence of special drainage grooves, protecting against aquaplaning.
It's worth noting the design of the tread on the American Mickey Thompson Baja ATZ Radial tire. The system of lames on the tire allows it to be used all year round. They work effectively at both positive and negative temperatures.
The presence of soil hooks on the sidewall of the tire allows it to grip any road surface, easily overcoming it.
The Mickey Thompson Baja ATZ tire is best suited for use in road expeditions. Its best qualities are manifested primarily on sand.
