The Michelin XC LT4 all-season tire is designed for large SUVs, crossovers, and pickups. Developed for the North American market, it features improved traction on slippery surfaces, as well as comfortable handling, quiet and smooth ride on uneven roads.
The tread pattern is distinguished by the original S-shaped form of part of the blocks. This increases the number of edges and their multidirectionality, which enhances traction on slippery surfaces. In the central part, the elements form three longitudinal ribs, which significantly reduce rolling resistance, improve directional stability, especially at high speeds. In the shoulder areas, the blocks are increased in size and have a trapezoidal profile. This improves handling accuracy during maneuvering, traction and braking intensity on snowy surfaces, and prevents uneven wear.
