Michelin Primacy

The key feature of the Michelin Primacy passenger tire, which distinguishes it from other representatives of this line, is the ability to operate throughout the year, i.e. even in winter. At the same time, its development was carried out taking into account the climatic characteristics of Western Europe and North America, where the winter is not as harsh as in our country. In other respects, its strong points are fully consistent with what is demonstrated by other tires in the Primacy line, namely a high level of comfort, a long service life, and excellent grip on wet roads.

MaxTouch Construction Technology

To provide the tire with the maximum service life, the French tire makers applied a whole range of solutions. First of all, this is the programmed deformation of the tread blocks under load. When contacting the road, they change their shape, which increases the contact patch, ensuring uniform distribution of external pressure on it. At the same time, the developers managed to avoid worsening other characteristics, thanks to the reinforced breaker construction. This rigid "liner" located directly under the tread gives it increased resistance to deformation.

Comfort Control Technology

Several other features of the design of this model allowed significantly improving the acoustic comfort while driving. All these solutions are part of the Comfort Control technology and represent an optimized frame construction and high-quality manufacturing. Due to this, the level of vibrations and noises arising during movement, especially on bad roads, is reduced.
