The Michelin Pilot XGT H4 all-season tire is suitable for most passenger cars. It is recommended by the manufacturer for use in areas with so-called "European" winters. It is characterized by improved traction properties on wet and thawed snow-covered roads.
The tread pattern is designed in a non-directional design with a large number of blocks. This structure, in combination with an optimized profile of the tread, increases the contact patch, enhancing traction properties on dry pavement. On a wet surface, the tire's effectiveness is maintained by numerous edges formed by the blocks and the lamellas cut into them. The shoulder zones are enlarged and have a trapezoidal profile that is resistant to transverse deformations. This ensures stability and precision handling during maneuvering, reduces uneven wear.
