The essence of the innovation lies in the application of a special mastic to the inner side of the tread. When a puncture occurs, it is sealed by the flow of air escaping from the tire, restoring its airtightness. The profile of the tread has a shape that expands the contact patch, giving it a square shape under load. These components increase the uniformity of the compound, allowing the silica content to be increased. As a result, the tread remains elastic at negative temperatures, demonstrating high strength and resistance to tearing and stretching.
