The Maxxis SS-01 Presa SUV tire is a winter model designed for use on SUVs. During the development of the tire, the company's specialists took into account possible operating conditions and created a tire with optimal operating properties.
This new friction tire has a new three-dimensional lamella design. This model provides stiffness of the tread blocks, both when braking and when driving, due to the presence of interlocking characteristics of the three-dimensional Y-shaped lamella system, even under increased loads.
A special rubber compound was used in the production of the tire, which was specially developed for complex winter conditions. The Maxxis SS-01 Presa SUV tire provides excellent handling on any road surface (ice or snow). A large number of longitudinal and transverse grooves ensure rapid removal of water and snow from the contact area, and the lateral massive off-road tires and large tread blocks allow increasing the traction force in deep snow.
The tread design, developed with the help of computer modeling, provides high-quality contact with the road surface and improves the car's handling. The wide central row of blocks on the tread made it possible to achieve excellent directional stability. By choosing this tire, you will be able to fully control the situation on the road, regardless of the weather conditions.
Key features of Maxxis SS-01 Presa SUV
- a specially developed tread pattern allowed achieving maximum operational characteristics;
- a unique rubber mixture retains the elasticity of the rubber during temperature changes and, together with a large number of lamellas, reduces the noise effect;
- a specially developed lamella system allowed achieving maximum contact with the road surface;
- optimally located tread blocks increased self-cleaning and handling.
